Muscat – Peace Players defeated Fortune Engg and Services by five wickets in the E Division Champions League 2024-25.

Batting first, Fortune Engg managed to score 162 runs courtesy of both openers, Jibin K and Mohd Ali Khader scoring 42 and 41 respectively.

Sukhwinder Singh’s five-wicket hall including a hattrick helped Peace Players restrict Fortune Engg. In response, Peace Players chased the target in 19.2 overs as Arslan Zaheer scored 52 while Mohd Rashid made a quick-fire 48. Shamzan Siraj picked three wickets for Fortune.

Mordern Muscat Mountains B thumped OCT Al Nahdha by 103 runs in the G Division Champions League.

Fahad T Hamza smashed an unbeaten 175 of just 87 balls with 19 boundaries and 7 maximums as MMM-B scored 245 in 20 overs. In response, OCT Nahdha only managed 142, with  Asad Hamed making 51. Banwari Lal was the pick of the bowlers for MMM-B taking two wickets.
