Muscat – The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a vehicle driver for endangering his life and the lives of others on a public road in the wilayat of Masirah.

A statement issued by ROP said, ‘After a video clip circulated on social media showed a vehicle driver performing stunts and drifting in the wilayat of Masirah, South Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command arrested the motorist.’

‘Legal procedures are being completed against him by the Directorate General of Traffic,’ it added.
