Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik conferred the Order of Royal Commendation – First Class on retired minister Mohammed bin Ali al Alawi in appreciation of the latter’s sincere efforts in performing his national duty throughout his tenure. The ceremony took place at Al Barakah Palace on Tuesday.
