Muscat – With an aim to protect merchants and consumers, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP) conducted inspection campaigns to monitor jewellery shops in Muscat.

A statement issued by MoCIIP said, ‘In protection of both, merchants and consumers, the inspection team at the ministry continues its campaigns in Muscat to verify the accuracy of weighing scales in Muttrah and ensure their compliance with commercial use.
