Muscat – The Environment Authority (EA) carried out a campaign to plant 50,000 seedlings of mangrove trees in North Batinah on Wednesday.

In a statement issued by EA said, ‘The Environment Authority, in collaboration with OQ Company, conducted a campaign in which 50,000 seedlings of mangrove trees were planted in North Batinah governorate.’

The initiative saw active participation from numerous government and private entities, as well as members of the local community.
