Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, conferred medals of Excellent Service and Royal Commendation on several commissioned and non-commissioned officers and personnel of the Sultan’s Armed Forces and other departments of the Ministry of Defence and Royal Guard of Oman.

Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, pinned the medals on the military officers and civil personnel in recognition of their loyalty in serving the nation and performing sacred national duty.
