Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Wednesday held a bilateral meeting with the visiting UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan at Al Alam Palace in Muscat.

During the meeting, the two leaders reviewed the march of deep-rooted relations binding the two countries and means of promoting them. They expressed their keenness to push these relations forward in various spheres to serve the interests of the Omani and Emirati peoples.

The meeting was attended from the Omani side by Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs and Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth.
