Top universities from India to highlight education opportunities in exhibition

Leading and reputed universities from India will be in Oman to participate in the India Education Exhibition 2017 to be held at Haffa House Hotel in Ruwi on January 16 and 17.

Free to attend, the exhibition is the exclusive event on Indian education held annually in Oman to showcase Indian educational resources, best practice methods and training, stated a press release.

The event is held every year across 18 countries, where over 50,000 visitors attend, get counselled, discuss and compare thousands of resources designed to meet a huge range of educational needs. The exhibition which brings together leading education experts and practitioners, will be open from 3.45pm to 9.30pm.

At the event NRI students and parents will get an opportunity to interact with academic heads of various institutions across India. They offer one to one counselling for the visitors. It is proven that in spite of available information in the digital form in websites, interaction with academic heads, professors in persons is very highly ranked as the best mode of getting information about the courses available, fee structure, job opportunities and placements and helps the parents and students do decide which field they are opting for.

Information of more than 100 courses which are in demand and scholarships information for NRIs will be on display during the event. Participants includes Anna University, Manipal University, SRM University, Hindustan University, Vishwakarma Institutes, K J Somaiya Institutions, BMS Educational Institutions, Thapar University, Nitte University, Jain International School, M S Ramaiah University, Aditya Group of Institutions, Acharya Institutes etc. The exhibition in Oman is organised by East Expo Oman and Lynx Oman.
