Lulu had introduced the digitalised method of picking up the winners through the eRaffle Winner Management System, in association with Infocomm Oman. This computer-generated method was adopted by Lulu for the second year to reduce the use of paper and stand firm on its policy of being eco-friendly. Winners of all the draws were picked up under the supervision of the officials from the Ministry of Commerce.
