Muscat – The Royal Army of Oman today concluded its cultural competition for the year 2025 under the patronage of Major General Matar bin Salem al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman.

The final competition (question and answer) brought together the teams of the Royal Army of Oman Command and the Infantry Brigade (23), and the Infantry Brigade (23) team won first place. This was followed by a review of a number of participants who won first place in the competition.

After that, Major General Staff Commander of the Royal Army of Oman, the patron of the event, handed over the awards and certificates to the judges and evaluators of the artistic entries, and the winners of the first places, as the Royal Army of Oman Academy achieved first place at the general level of the competition, and the Signal Corps of the Sultan’s Armed Forces obtained second place.

At the end of the ceremony, the patron of the event toured the accompanying exhibition, which included the winning works and entries.

It is worth noting that the competition included several fields, namely: memorization and recitation of the Holy Quran, general knowledge questions competition (question and answer), scientific article, scientific research, short story, play script, classical and Nabati poetry, graphic design, photography, digital content creation (short films), Arabic calligraphy, drawing, composition art, oratory art, and the best military musical piece.
