Muscat – Represented by the Supervisory Team for Promotion of Omani Products (OPEX), the sultanate is participating in the third edition of Saudi Food Show, which opened on Monday in Riyadh and will run till May 15.
The event features exhibitors from 104 countries, including over 1,300 global brands.
This year, Oman is participating with 15 government and private entities, including Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Authority for SME Development.
Khalid al Salehi, Director General of Marketing and Commercial Affairs at Madayn, said Oman’s participation aligns with a broader plan to promote national products and attract foreign investment. “The OPEX team has developed a strategic plan for 2025 aimed at exploring new markets, promoting Omani products and facilitating global partnerships,” he said.
