Salalah – The Coast Guard, operating under the command of the Dhofar Governorate Police, has arrested three Arab nationals for attempting to enter the Sultanate of Oman illegally and smuggle a substantial quantity of narcotics.

The suspects were apprehended aboard a boat that had sailed from the Arab peninsula. The interception occurred during routine maritime patrols along Oman’s southern coastline.

A thorough search of the vessel led to the discovery of the concealed drugs. The Royal Oman Police confirmed that legal procedures against the individuals are currently being finalised.
