The main courses highlight a bold fusion of Asian and Omani influences, featuring Spicy Curry Prawn Balls with Lily Bulb and Almond, Omani hammour with Lao Gan Ma sauce, and a comforting Tofu, Aubergine and Shiitake Mushroom Claypot Bake, accompanied by seasonal sides.
