Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued four Royal Decrees on Monday, reading as follows:

Royal Decree No 23/2025 ratifies an agreement of cooperation in the field of maritime transport and ports between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, signed in Rabat on July 4, 2023.

• Article 1 ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
• Article 2 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No 24/2025 ratifies an agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Cyprus on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of  evasion with respect to taxes on income, signed in Muscat on December 8, 2024.

• Article 1 ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
• Article 2 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No 25/2025 ratifies an agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the  United Republic of Tanzania on elimination of double taxation on income tax and prevention of tax evasion signed in Muscat on December 15, 2024.

• Article 1 ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
• Article 2 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No 26/2025 ratifies an agreement on air transport between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Djibouti, signed in Muscat on January 6, 2025.

• Article 1 ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
• Article 2 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
