Seoul, South Korea – K-pop sensation and Blackpink member Lisa is set to make history as the first Korean artist to perform at the Academy Awards. She will share the stage alongside global stars Doja Cat and Raye at the 2025 Oscars ceremony.

The announcement was made by the official Academy handle on X, stating: “Three global superstars. One epic #Oscars moment. Doja Cat, LISA of Blackpink, and RAYE take the stage for a showstopping celebration of cinema.. —only at the Oscars.”

Lisa is expected to perform her latest track, ‘Born Again’, which was released on February 7, 2025. Other musical performances will feature ‘Wicked’ stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande.

The 2025 Oscars will be hosted by veteran television presenter Conan O’Brien and will take place in Los Angeles. The ceremony will be broadcast live on March 3, 2025.
