Muscat – The North Batinah Governorate Police Command has apprehended a woman of Arab nationality for allegedly committing the crime of human trafficking.
According to a statement from the Royal Oman Police (ROP), the accused lured women of the same nationality and coerced them into engaging in activities that violate public morals and decency. Authorities have confirmed that legal proceedings are currently underway.
The ROP has reiterated its commitment to combating human trafficking and safeguarding individuals from exploitation, urging the public to report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.
