Muscat – H H Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, received H E Lyu Jian, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Sultanate of Oman, in his office at Al Murtafa’a Garrison today.

During the meeting, His Highness welcomed the Chinese Ambassador, and both sides reviewed the strong relations between the two friendly nations. They also discussed several topics of mutual interest, reflecting the ongoing cooperation between Oman and China across various sectors.

The meeting underscores the commitment of both countries to strengthening diplomatic and strategic partnerships, particularly in areas of trade, defence, and regional stability.
