Salalah – The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth (MCSY) has launched a new initiative to equip jobseekers, new graduates, and entrepreneurs with essential skills to thrive in the job market.
The five-day ‘Personal Footprint’ event kicked off on Thursday at Al Hafa Beach Market in Salalah, Dhofar.
Saud bin Mohammed al Awaid, head of the Personal Footprint initiative, stated that the programme focuses on enhancing personal marketing skills and professional development, enabling participants to effectively present their capabilities to potential employers and clients.
The opening programme featured a visual presentation and a discussion session on youth-led initiatives in e-marketing, entrepreneurship, and content creation.
Additionally, an exhibition was inaugurated, showcasing various aspects of the initiative.
Throughout the event, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in specialised training workshops covering mobile photography, content creation strategies, design and montage skills, and digital marketing.
The programme also highlights success stories in the field, inspiring young professionals to explore new opportunities and develop their careers.
