Muscat – The Cultural Events Committee of the Muscat International Book Fair has announced an open invitation for governmental and civil institutions to participate in the cultural programme of its 29th edition, scheduled to take place from April 23 to May 3, 2025.

Institutions wishing to take part must ensure their proposed events align with the theme and focus of the Muscat International Book Fair. To apply, they are required to complete the Proposal for a Cultural Event form, ensuring all sections are fully filled out and submitted. Each institution is allowed to participate in up to two events in the general cultural programme. Additional events may be organised at their designated corner, provided they meet the required conditions and receive approval from the organising committee.

The exhibition management will allocate venues for approved events, but all proposals must be submitted by the deadline of January 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. The organising committee will be responsible for determining the locations and timings of events within the programme.

Institutions are encouraged to submit their applications promptly to ensure their participation in this prestigious cultural event.
