Muscat – H E Sheikh Khalifa Ali al Harthy, Undersecretary for Political Affairs in Foreign Ministry, received Elizabeth Richard, Coordinator for Counterterrorism in the United States Department of State, on Monday.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on developments in the region. They also touched on ways of boosting cooperation between Oman and the US in the field of counterterrorism.

The meeting was attended by H E Ana Escrogima, Ambassador of the United States of America to the Sultanate of Oman, and several officials from the Foreign Ministry.
