Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No 62/2024 to ratify an agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and Republic of Estonia for avoidance of double taxation and prevention of financial evasion on Tuesday. The agreement was signed in Muscat on October 27, 2024.

• Article 1 ratifies the above-mentioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
• Article 2 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and come into effect from its date of issue.
