Muscat – Honourable Lady Sayyida Ahad bint Abdullah bin Hamed al Busaidi, spouse of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, met Intisar el Sisi, wife of the President of Egypt, at Al Alam Palace on Saturday.

During the meeting, the two discussed topics of mutual interest concerning women and explored ways of strengthening cooperation between Oman and Egypt.

As part of her visit, the Egyptian First Lady toured National Museum, where she was introduced to Oman’s rich cultural heritage. Following the visit, she was hosted by the Honourable Lady for a special luncheon at Al Alam Palace.

The Egyptian First Lady arrived in Muscat on Friday evening and was received by the Honourable Lady at Royal Airport.
