Muscat – Oman lost their second match of the Asian Qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup against South Korea 1-3 on Tuesday at Sultan Qaboos Sports Stadium in Bausher, Muscat.

South Korea showcased superior play as Oman tried to catch up, but Korea ultimately prevailed with a 3-1 victory.

The goals were scored by Hwang Hee Chan at minute 10′, Heung Min Son at minute 82′ and Joo Min Kyu at minute 90+11′ for South Korea, Oman’s goal was an own goal by Jung Seung Hyun at minute 45+2′.
