Muscat – Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT) is currently accepting applications for the Hadatha Cyber Security Award.
In a statement, MTCIT said this national initiative aims to recognise and honour outstanding achievements in cyber security across three key categories – Individuals, Establishments, and Startups and SMEs.
Participants are encouraged to submit their innovative and impactful cyber security projects by September 19, 2024. The award celebrates individual creativity, institutional excellence, and the contributions of startups and SMEs in the cyber security field.
Aligned with the vision of the National Programme for the Cyber Security Industry, the award seeks to foster innovation, creativity and excellence in cyber security. The initiative is part of a broader effort to advance a specialised cyber security industry in Oman, enhance the outcomes of the Cyber Security Industry Programme (Hadatha), and elevate the sultanate’s global standing in the field.
