Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued two Royal Decrees on Monday reading as follows:

Royal Decree No 34/2024 ratifies an agreement signed in Tunis on June 28, 2024 by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on air services between their territories and beyond.

• Article (1) stipulates that the above-mentioned agreement will be ratified in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
• Article (2) states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No 35/2024 ratifies an agreement of air services between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania signed in Dar es Salaam on July 16, 2024.

• Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
• Article (2) states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
