Muscat – The Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) conducted a medical evacuation of an expatriate who experienced a health emergency.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Defence (MoD), RAFO used one of its helicopters to carry out the evacuation. The operation involved rescuing a Syrian national from a commercial ship in Omani waters. The individual, whose condition was critical, was transferred to Seeb Air Base and will receive treatment in Muscat governorate.
