Cairo – Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the Arab League, has condemned Israel’s military operation in the West Bank, which has resulted in over eleven deaths.

Aboul Gheit criticised Israel’s actions, including violent incursions and infrastructure destruction, calling them part of a broader effort to oppress the Palestinian people. He also linked these actions to inflammatory statements by extremist Israeli ministers about the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Accusing Israel of waging a “war of extermination” against Palestinians, Aboul Gheit urged international action, warning that the situation could escalate into a wider conflict.
