The Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) conducted a medical evacuation of a female citizen after she had a health emergency on Wednesday.

In a statement, Ministry of Defence (MoD) said, ‘The Royal Air Force of Oman carried out, using one of its helicopters, a medical evacuation operation of a female citizen whose health condition required her transfer from Khasab Hospital in Musandam to Khoula Hospital in Muscat to receive the necessary treatment.’

This comes within the framework of the humanitarian services and national efforts provided by the Sultan’s Armed Forces and other departments of the MoD to citizens, residents and visitors, along with other government institutions.
