Salalah – In the early hours of September 26, a Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) transport aircraft conducted a mission to transfer the bodies of six citizens who tragically lost their lives in a traffic accident in Dhofar Governorate. Along with the deceased, several of their relatives were also flown from Salalah Air Base in Dhofar to Seeb Air Base in Muscat Governorate.
The airlift was undertaken with the cooperation of various departments and Ministries. According to sources, the accident had happened in Raysut area of Dhofar governorate.
