Al Maya International Follows Global Trend and Initiates a Wellness Program Under Expert Guidance

The month of May was considered Employee Wellness Month globally. The program was launched by top management, thanks to the efforts of General Manager Mr. Ram Kaurani and Business Head Mr. Sumit, who are fitness enthusiasts themselves.

The launch of the event, held at the head office from May 2, 2024, to May 31, 2024, under the expert guidance of Pareshkumar Chhablani, founder and director of UMAP WELLNESS SERVICES, marked the beginning of an extensive initiative aimed at fostering a culture of a stress-free and positive environment. Abeer Hospital supported the event by providing health checks for the participants.

The event featured a keynote address and an interactive session led by Pareshkumar Chhablani, who has 20 years of experience in exercise science and clinical sports medicine. He shared valuable insights on the importance of integrating a comprehensive wellness strategy into employees’ lives. His presence helped formulate the wellness plan for the well-being of the employees.

Group sessions were held every Saturday at the warehouse premises with wellness expert Mr. Pareshkumar Chhablani.

Online support is also provided by Mr. Pareshkumar Chhablani, including daily tips, workout videos, and personalized responses to individual queries.
