Muscat – The Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested two people for assaulting an expatriate using a knife on Sunday.

In a statement issued by ROP said, ‘The Muscat Governorate Police Command arrested two people of Asian nationality for assaulting an expatriate of the same nationality in the Mawaleh Central Market using a knife, which resulted in serious injuries to the victim.’

Legal procedures are being completed against them, it added.
