Muscat – The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a vehicle driver for endangering his life and the lives of others on a public road in Dakhliyah.

A statement issued by ROP said, ‘After a video clip was circulated on social media of a vehicle driver endangering his life and the lives of others, during revelry in a wedding party, Dakhliyah Governorate Police Command arrested a motorist in Dakhliyah.’

‘Legal procedures are being completed against him by the Directorate General of Traffic,’ it added.
