Muscat – Oman has condemned Israel’s continued unjustified military attacks against the Palestinian people, including the massacre that targeted the Al Fakhoura School run by United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, which resulted in the death of civilians displaced from the northern Gaza Strip.

The sultanate has sent its condolences to the families of those killed and its best wishes for a speedy recovery for the wounded, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement, adding that the country values the steadfastness of the brave Palestinian people in the face of injustice, aggression and the continued Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories, in flagrant violation of international law and United Nations Security Council resolutions. It renewed call on the international community to impose sanctions on Israel.
