Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No 82/2023 on Monday appointing a secretary-general for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, reading as follows:

Article 1 appoints Sheikh Khalifa Hamad Salim al Badi as secretary-general for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, with his current grade and financial allocations.

Article 2 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
