Muscat – Nama Water Services has responded to the reports regarding the quality of water supplied to its subscribers in the wilayat of Sohar.

In a notice issued by Nama Water Services said, ‘The company affirms its commitment to thoroughly investigate and perform necessary tests to ensure the water’s safety and quality. It’s worth noting that the company regularly examines water samples collected from multiple locations within its production facilities and distribution networks to ensure their safety and suitability for consumption by customers.’

‘The company is coordinating with the Governor of North Batinah on this issue and is actively cataloging any indicators or cases related to water quality to ensure adherence to approved specifications and standards,’ it added.

Furthermore, the company is also involved in the restoration of home networks and connections that need replacement.
