Muscat – Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested a group of Asians on charges of human trafficking on Tuesday.

In a statement, ROP said, ‘The Buraimi Governorate Police Command arrested a group of expatriates of Asian nationality on charges of human trafficking who lured a number of victims and coerced them to perform acts in violation of public morals.’

Legal measures have been taken against them, it added.
