The mobile food laboratory, a pioneering initiative, has been introduced to swiftly analyse food and beverage samples on-site, ensuring vendors meet the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

According to Dhofar Municipality, one of the key advantages of the laboratory is its ability to expedite the analysis process. Instead of relying on time-consuming laboratory tests, the lab can quickly evaluate samples on-site.
