Muscat – The latest weather charts and analyses of the National Multi Hazard Early Warning Center indicate the possibility of a depression forming in the southeast of the Arabian Sea over the next five days.

A statement issued by CAA said, ‘There are chances of a low pressure area (tropical turbulence) forming in the southeast of the Arabian Sea during the next 48 hours, with the possibility of its development into a tropical depression during the next five days without any effect on the sultanate.’
