Muscat – To monitor the prices in the market, the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) has launched a new service called ‘Marsad’ or price observatory on Monday.
A statement issued by CPA said, ‘Salim Ali al Hakmani, Chairman of the Consumer Protection Authority, launched a new system called ‘Marsad’ on the authority’s website.’
The system will provide a comprehensive price list of over 750,000 foodstuff and luxury items across 21 commercial centers in the Muscat governorate. It will soon include all governorates of the sultanate.
