Muscat – An inspection campaign was carried out by Muscat Municipality in commercial establishments, including cafes and restaurants in the wilayat of Amerat in Muscat, to ensure that they adhere to the necessary health requirements for preparing food.

As a result, the civic body issued a violation against eight shops and destroyed 113kg of unfit food and seized tools not suitable for food preparation.
