Muscat – As many as 36 infiltrators were arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) for attempting to enter the sultanate illegally.

In a statement, ROP said, ‘Coast Guard Police in the wilayat of Saham, in North Batinah, and the wilayat of Seeb in Muscat, arrested 36 infiltrators while they were trying to enter the country illegally.’

It added that legal procedures have been completed against them.
