Muscat – US citizen Mohammed Baqir Namazi arrives in Muscat from Tehran onboard an aircraft of Royal Air Force of Oman on Wednesday.

Following a Royal Order of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik in response to an appeal from the US government, the departments concerned in the sultanate liaised with authorities in Iran for Namazi’s release.
