Muscat – The Ministry of Labour (MoL) has announced 471 job vacancies in private sector institutions, under the wage support initiative.

Of the total, 183 jobs are for university degree holders, 58 for post-secondary diploma holders, 152 for general education diploma holders, and 78 for below general education diploma holders.

‘Under the initiative, the wages of these employees will partly be reimbursed to the tune of RO200 for each employee for a period of two years, provided that the employer bears the difference; and employment is at least for a period equal to the period of government support.’
