Muscat – The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MoHUP) is offering land to set up integrated fuel stations in six governorates, as part of its efforts to revitalise the economy and attract investments. A statement issued by MoHUP said that the ministry is offering seven plots of land in the governorates of Buraimi, North Batinah, South Batinah, Dhofar, Dhahirah and Al Wusta.
‘The fuel stations will include all basic services and will stimulate economic movement,’ the statement added.
Auction for the plots of land to set up the fuel stations will start on August 31 via the Tatwir electronic platform.
In March, MoHUP launched the trial run of its real estate e-platform Tatwir. It provides all the digital services related to the real estate sector in the sultanate.
