Muscat – The Department of Blood Bank Services (DBBS) has announced that there is an urgent need of blood due to low stocks of most blood types.

In a statement, DBBS said, ‘The Central Blood Bank in Bausher needs more than 500 blood donors this week to meet the needs of health institutions for blood units because of low stocks of most blood types. We invite everyone to take the initiative to donate blood.’
