Muscat – The Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested two expatriates for attempting to smuggle quantities of oil derivatives.

In a statement, ROP said, ‘The Musandam Coast Guard police managed to seize a boat carrying two Asian nationals while they were trying to smuggle quantities of oil derivatives near the Khasab port.’

It added that legal procedures are being completed against them.
