Muscat – The Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) seized clothes containing objectionable images in South Sharqiyah on Sunday.
In a statement, CPA said, ‘The Consumer Protection Department in South Sharqiyah governorate seized clothes containing images that violate public morals from a shop and took necessary measures in this regard.’
CPA also took legal action on a commercial establishment for manufacturing home furniture with damaged and old wood.
‘The seizure notice was issued in order to protect consumers and ensure the quality of goods they receive guarantees them their health and safety,’ CPA stated.
