Muscat – Around 1,000kg of shrimp prepared for sale during the ongoing ban period were seized by the fisheries control team in Muscat.

In a statement, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources said, ‘The shrimp fishing ban period is from December 1 to August 31. The ban on sale excludes farmed and imported shrimp.’
