Muscat – The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) stated that there was no loss of life during the heavy rains and flooding of wadis on Monday. It added that it is adopting legal action on those endangering themselves and others.

‘CDAA has taken all legal measures against those who endanger themselves and others, including individuals swimming in dangerous places and waiting for wadis to overflow and then jumping in it,’ CDAA stated.

With heavy rains lashing several areas in the past few days, CDAA rescue teams have been on standby to provide assistance during the weather disturbance.
