Muscat – The firefighters of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) extinguished a fire that broke out in a farm in the Al Jila area in the wilayat of Bahla in Dakhliyah governate on Wednesday.

A statement issued by the CDAA said that a number of palm trees were destroyed, however no injuries were recorded.

‘The authority calls on farmers to adhere to safety requirements in farms to avoid risks,’ CDAA said in the statement.
